Guy problems!!!! please help!!!!!!!!?

Ok so there's this guy, obviously. i liked him in 7th grade and i told him and nothing ever happened. well, now i'm a sopre and we're still friends. he keeps asking me to hang out but i always end up convincing myself i'm busy. lol. i thought i had gotten over him but when i actually thought about it the other day, i realized i still like him. but tons of people think he's gay. and sometimes and i can see where they're coming from! ahhhhh i'm so confused. do i get over him COMPLETELY this time or do i hold out? wow, sorry this is soooooooooooooooo long.
