What colleges could i go to in North Carolina if i wanted to become a doctor?

I am in high school and I want to become a doctor as my career but I do not know which colleges in North Carolina offer the degree to become one. I know for sure of UNC Chapel Hill, ECU, Wake Forest, and Duke... Are there any others?
