Joint Support Formulas?

I've been taking Osteo Biflex for 5 years and it does work. Before taking it I had problems with my right knee cracking and locking up on me. After taking it for a couple of months, I noticed a difference. You start out taking a higher dose for about a month, then you can take just 1 triple pill a day for maintenance. There are other brands that may work as well. I just started with this brand and have stayed with it because it has worked. I usually buy it when there's a buy one get one free sale and I use coupons either from the newspaper or their website.
