Should i take out a loan?

ok so i really want to earn my BSN ( bachelors in science of nursing) and am transferring to St.Mary University in Leavenworth Kansas. Anual tuition is around 20,000 . and it is a 4 year program. is it worth taking out that much money? i mean i might get 6000 off because of good grades and we will have clinicals at KU where i will possibly get a job. worth it???
