Any Golden Girl Fans? What episode is this?

Which episode is it that Sophia scares Blance, Dorothy and Rose by coming into the kitchen with a chef knife and screaming? Parts of that scene are in the beginning credits but I still can't seem to find which episode it is. Thanks in Advance!
