Does Capitalism encourage illegal immigration?

Corporations must increase their income for their shareholders. One method is lowering costs. Thus, there are companies like Wal-Mart that hire illegal immigrants (through a contractor) at late night shifts so they can lower their costs. So does this mean Capitalism is encouraging illegal immigration because companies must increase income through means like cutting costs?
