How can I immigrate to US?

I am a medical engineer with 7 years experience in the field of sales and service for medical equipment. I have worked in Iran, Oman & Qatar. I am Iranian and you know that USA is hardly giving visas to Iranian. I'm married. I would like to go to US and work there and get the Green Card. Every year I'm Applying for lottery but...,Please let me know what to do?
