How far will a doubled 2x12 with 3/4" plywood glued and nailed span without seriour sagging?

It has a flat roof of 2x4 and is about 20-22 feet long. So there will be some support of it. The span is 22 feet from wall to wall. Can it work or will it need to have supports underneath?
