What is wrong with my dog?

My dog is obviously not doing well. He seemed like he had valley fever so we took him to the vet but she said that she couldn't find anything wrong with him. Hes constantly breathing heavily his nose is always dried and cracked he smells awful like i give him baths every 3 days now because he smells so awful but its more of like a sick sorta of smell? And jsut a few minutes ago he was dreaming and making noise so i woke him up and by the spot where he always lays his down on the ct is like old dried upp patches of blood?! Hes only about 6 yers old! Hes a blue queensland healer. Can anyone help please please give me helpful answers.
