What's the lowest and highest your gpa must be to get in a good college?

Right now I'm a freshman in highschool and I'm not doing so hot in school .....I think I have probably a 2.0 gpa......I really would like to know how low and high must your gpa be to get into schools like harvard,yale,nc state,duke,apalachian,duke.....etc.....I… help if you could tell me some schools that support interpreter(foreign language)/translater and veterinary colleges......I'm not sure If I want to be an interpreter or a veterinarian........Right now I'm working towards making straight A's next quarter b/c I want a high gpa when I graduate.
