Where can I good, affordable, cut, wash, and style in SW Houston?

Well more like between the Galleria area and Sugar land (anywhere in between, I live in Stafford). I just want something fashionable, not too complicated, maybe just layers or long swooping bangs. My hair is to my mid back, so it's long, but I'm only 5 ft tall so make your own judgement haha. I always pay like 35 dollars to get my hair cut... that doesn't include tip. HELP PLEAASE!!!
