What movie is this about a person that has amnesia? Not a Bourne movie!!!?

I remember watching a movie 7 or 8 years ago. It had a secret agent or military vibe and one of the lead characters had amnesia. It's not any of the Bourne movies, and one of the key plot devices was a bag of items the said character acquired. The number of items in the bag was a clue, along with the items themselves. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
