Which candidate will stop real war and terrorism? Gangs?

I doubt any of the candidates will address any of these issues.It will take a group effort to make a difference in these problems.The neighbors have to learn to trust the police,the police will need to step up and earn the trust of the neighborhood. When a crime is witnessed it must be reported and witnesses must help identify the offender .This is a problem we can solve with or without a presidents help.
